We facilitate free pick-ups from the Waiting Room HQ from 10am-4pm, Thursday - Saturday. Buyers are expected to collect their items within 10 working days (14 days) of purchase. Please email records@waitingroom.store with your expected pick-up time. If preferred, we can coordinate delivery within Brisbane (costs calculated per item in checkout), and occasionally free delivery within Brisbane CBD, simply email us with special requirements.
We will pack and send your order between 1-3 business days, and provide shipping details so you can track your package.
Australia-wide + International
All shipping is subject to current Australia Post guidelines and policies. Postage fee (local and international) is calculated by weight at checkout based on Australia Post rates. Any questions, reach out!
RETURNS
Waiting Room does not offer returns for a change in mind. Please understand that musicians go to great lengths (energy, time, money) to create original work, and Waiting Room goes to great lengths to promote their records. Please take your time when choosing, and reach out with any questions ahead of purchase. If the item is faulty, and Waiting Room believes the circumstances to be reasonable, we can offer credit.
No holds on items until payment is cleared. Items will be refunded within 10 working days if not organised to ship or collect.

For larger and more fragile items (such as ceramics & artworks), we use trusted shipping providers Pack and Send, to ensure your item arrives safely. Following purchase, an invoice will be issued to cover the cost of this courier service. Once your artwork has been packed and dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
We will source the most cost-effective delivery price and you’ll be notified within 72 hours. Once the delivery quote is accepted and paid, we will organise the timely dispatch of your purchase.
International
For overseas customers, please email us for a shipping quote and we can provide you with the details ahead of your purchase.
