How do I know what records are available?

Our stock is updated live with every purchase. If the goods you ordered are no longer available, we will contact you immediately for a refund or store credit.

Can I pre-order records?

Absolutely! If you don't see a title you want, get in touch and we can pre-order it for you. Items listed as pre-order won't be shipped until all items are available. The availability date shown is a best estimate, and will of course be subject to changes from distributors, Australia Post and mother nature.

I'm new to records, where do I start?

Welcome! It's great to share music with you. Not sure where to start?...try browsing by genre, style and artist, and preview tracks using our in-built media player.

Does Waiting Room offer viewing appointments?

If you would like to see a particular item in person, please send us an email to make a viewing appointment at our HQ. Recognising that Waiting Room is a predominantly online experience, we encourage you to reach out if you’d like to have a tactile experience before purchasing. Especially with artwork - we understand they need to be seen to be truly experienced.

Do you accept Art Money?

Yes! We're a gallery partner with Art Money. Email us for information on how to set up an account, and acquire artwork via payment schedule.

Need bespoke artwork to suit a particular space? We’ve got you covered. As professionals in the Arts Facilitation field (in galleries and public art) we can work with our artists to commission perfect, original artworks on your behalf. To top it off, we’ll coordinate delivery and installation to ensure your work is handled correctly from inception to viewing.
