The tones of her work are inspired by the Australian landscape and coupled with neutral glazes that preserve and celebrate the natural colour of the clay.Subtle Bodies are Australian based incense artisans, who craft Japanese-style incense sticks using only two ingredients; the fragrant wood their name suggests and a natural binding agent from either Machilus thunbergii (tabu-no-ki tree) or Litsea glutinosa (brown beech tree).
